Is my branding included?

Yes. Your salon name, logo, colours and dark mode belong in the core. Your identity should be part of getting started.

Can I keep my screen simple as my salon grows?

Yes, that is the intended experience. Show the tools you use and tuck the rest away. Hiding a tool should not cancel a paid module or remove access to records. Visibility controls and subscription changes will be separate.

Can I turn modules off later?

That is the intended model. We propose paid removals at the next renewal, with existing records retained for viewing and export. Billing, retention periods and downgrade handling still need implementation and testing before launch.

Are messaging and card fees included?

No. External usage and processing costs are separate. The intended setup will show provider costs and spending controls clearly. Manual payment records are in core. Selecting a payment provider does not connect a reader.

Can I sign up or download an Android app now?

Public signup is not open. The web app is in owner testing. The native Android payment component is not yet built, and there is no public Android or iPhone download at this stage.

What happens after the proposed trial?

You would explicitly choose a paid setup. We recommend a read-only grace period with export, followed by a clearly explained retention and deletion policy. These policies must be finalised before public signup.

What does this page store?

The calculator runs in your browser and does not submit selections or collect client information. This page adds no analytics or marketing cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical access logs under its own policies. The salon app needs separate published privacy terms before public onboarding.
